Cancellation Policy

Orders once paid, cannot be cancelled from the website

Users need to reach out to bookslot.in for any cancellation via email to info@bookslot.in

Bookslot will refund the amount for unused services after due diligence.

Refunds can take upto 14 days from the date of acceptance of your request.

All applicable bank charges and our refund fees will be deducted, and balance amount will be refunded

The current deductible charges are 2% of refund amount, plus Rs.100/- convenience fees.

Boobkslot reserves the right to make ammendmendts to this policy any time.
